Eligibility for returns: We accept returns for items that are unopened and in their original condition within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please be advised that during the winter months in North America, if you order lash glue and the product is exposed to freezing temperatures, it may affect the adhesion of the glue. We kindly ask that customers take this into consideration and order at their own discretion and risk during the winter months.
